USED CAR SALES EXECUTIVE - Greenhous Vauxhall Shrewsbury

 

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join the Greenhous Vauxhall team. This is a superb opportunity to join a successful and professional organisation offering excellent career prospects.  A driving licence is essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

You will be tasked with selling Used vehicles and add-on products and services, as well as proactively prospecting for new customers.

LOCAL FLEET SPECIALIST - Greenhous Nissan Shrewsbury

 

The role of Local Fleet Specialist is to maximise vehicle sales to fleet users and business operators to new customers to the brand and to engage existing customers on future opportunities.

The Person

The Local Fleet Specialist will have a great communication style, which enables them to maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure the Dealer remains reputable.  To be successful, we need someone with great organisational and time management skills to manage a large customer account base and seek out new business within the defined territory.  Customer satisfaction is key, so you will need to demonstrate integrity, honesty and transparency.   This is alongside achieving the very best for your customer’s requirements and beyond.  Relationship building is an integral part of the role:  involving working with colleagues across the business, as well as being customer focussed to deal with decision makers, business managers, company car drivers and more.

Main Job Function

  • To achieve vehicle sales targets to business users including small fleet whilst maximising profitability.
  • To keep existing and potential customers fully aware of all new products offered by the dealership.
  • To maintain good relationships will all existing and potential customers by regular interaction and to seek repeat and incremental business through key account management and effective prospecting.
  • To maintain accurate records of customers’ requirements using the provided customer records management system.
  • To raise the profile of the dealership and it’s standing within the community and thus increase the likelihood of sustained, profitable business.
  • To seek to maintain total customer satisfaction.  
  • To complete all required training to ensure high standards of Nissan product knowledge, funding options and competitor activity.
  • To proactively manage the given territory to maximise opportunities, for example working with local affinity partners, marketing specific customer types and effective time management.

Work Activities and Measurements:

You will have a variety of work tasks to achieve around marketing, administration, communication and financial activities.    Typically the role includes:

  • Ensure that all documentation is processed quickly and accurately and stored safely and to preserve confidentiality
  • Continual active prospecting:  Nissan Central Leads, Finance Renewals, database of existing customers and Service Department referrals
  • Ensure regular customer visits are maintained, with a structured agenda and specific objectives
  • Research generally into the vehicle market and ascertain technical and product developments in order to answer customers’ queries and appraise vehicle specifications
  • Monitor sales, opportunities and activities weekly and review period KPIs with Sales Manager and Nissan Dealer Fleet Manager

Reporting:

You will report to the Sales Manager, who will set and agree KPIs.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (40 hours per week).

Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as is a sound understanding of commercial vehicles and strong organisational skills.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week Monday to Friday. One hour for lunch (unpaid).

QUICKLANE SUPERVISOR - Greenhous Ford Newtown

 

The purpose of this newly created role will be to:

  • Ensure the timely and efficient preparation, repair and servicing of all vehicles
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure retailer profitability

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with customers to explain vehicle problems and the steps taken to correct the problems as needed
  • Provide positive customer experiences in all instances
  • Understand the pricing structure and what levels of service are offered
  • Create work orders for the technician in a clear and concise manner
  • Keep customers informed of progress on vehicle repairs or service
  • Feedback vehicle health check reports and seek authorisation for further work
  • Advise on tyre efficiencies, availability and prices and hit the specified target
  • Manage a large tyre portfolio and make sure stock levels are precise
  • Use Kerridge to not only create job cards but to also prepare and carry out invoicing including technician write ups
  • Carry out work according to Greenhous guidelines
  • Be driven and be able to work on your own to create a profitable business
  • Be an Ambassador for Quicklane and all other departments that Greenhous offer
  • Liaise with parts department to collect parts for routine service and repair work
  • Participate fully in measurement and feedback processes; complete and return personnel documentation on time and embrace personal training and development opportunities
  • Work to support other team members in the achievement of their objectives when asked to do so or required by management
