SHOWROOM HOST x 2

Greenhous Nissan

 

Reporting To: General Manager

A great opportunity has arisen to join the Greenhous Nissan team as a Showroom Host. We are looking to recruit two new Hosts into our Nissan team at Shrewsbury. 

Key Responsibilites:

Establish customer needs quickly and accurately.

Create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers.

Work closely with all departments of the business to deliver the best customer service.

Keep the reception area and showroom area tidy.

Ensure the tea and coffee area is fully stocked and clean and tidy.

Manage customer wait times effectively.

Assist customers in all areas of the business.

Answer incoming calls.

General administration duties.

Meet and greet visitors, direct customers that walk in or have appointments booked.

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Parts Person to join our operation in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilites:

Working within a busy Parts Department

Processing and upselling Commercial vehicle customer Parts requirements

Dealing with technical requests and using a host of product identification aids

Building professional and trustworthy relationships with our customers

Interacting with customers that visit our premises

Satisfying internal Parts requirements and interacting with our busy Workshop team

Market information gathering

Liaising with key suppliers

Assisting in the management and control of stock maintained on site

Carrying out local deliveries of parts

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

Possess excellent customer service and administration skills

Have a knowledge gained from within the Motor Vehicle sector

Be used to working to performance targets

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Apprentice Parts Person to join a busy Parts Team at Greenhous Commercials in Shrewsbury. 

This 2 year Parts Apprenticeship is ideal for people who want to enter the industry and go far, the programme offers a genuine chance to learn the role inside out. Vehicles rely on good parts supply, which in turn requires effective stock management at the local dealership, here's your chance to become a professional in parts logistics for commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilites:

As this role offers a varied workload the Apprentice Parts Person will develop skills in a number of areas, including safe storage or parts, handling, storing and receiving stock, payments, procedures, identifying, sourcing and ordering parts, monitoring and solving customer problems/enquiries and processing of customer orders. You will be working with both customers and workshop staff, over the phone and face to face, using computerised stock management systems and parts identification programme.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

You will be results driven, ready to achieve (and exceed!) performance targets. If you are confident, self-motivated and a good communicator then you could be the person for us. In addition you will possess excellent customer service and administration skills. Having a driving licence would be an advantage but not essential.

FLEET SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Ltd Fleet, High Ercall

 

An opportunity has arisen for an Interactive forward thinking Team Player with exceptional time management & proactive communication skills. Along with a proficient understanding of IT and the ability and willingness to learn new systems, the main purpose of this role is to provide efficient administration support within the Fleet Sales Admin Team, & Assist in all aspects of Administration for Rental & Corporate Sales.

Key Responsibilites:

Answer incoming calls & respond to emails in a timely manner

Process new vehicle orders in line with direction from the Fleet Administration Manager / Fleet Sales Executives.

Create document files in excel for new vehicle orders

Customize Data daily within a spread sheet using VLOOKUP’s to prepare an Imported File

Update our bespoke Fleet system & Kerridge to ensure accurate data is maintained daily

Monitor the progress of vehicle orders from build to delivery via the Manufacturer & Fleet systems

Register new vehicles in compliance with Company and Manufacturer procedures and security guidelines

Prepare & complete Sales Invoices

Prepare & send reports for Customer Order Progress Updates & overdue accounts

Cleanse, complete & archive Sales Files following completion of order ensuring that documentation is present & correct.

Monitor Manufacturer funding schemes, administer as required

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

Advanced Excel Skills - working practice and knowledge

High levels of accuracy & attention to detail

Proactive planner with good IT & organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

Contribute & encourage good working practices within the team to accommodate training & growth

Ability to work well under pressure at month end by processing high volume repetitive work involving Taxing Vehicles, Invoicing & saving relevant documents into excel files

Work well as part of a team and also individually as the role demands

Preferably experience of Manufacturer Ordering Systems – ideally Ford or Nissan

Experience of MoDel, Ebbon Daccs, LeaseLink & Kerridge is not essential but advantageous

Flexible positive approach and be prepared to undertake hours to suit the business

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid) i.e. 37.5 hours per week.

An opportunity has arisen to join the Service team at Greenhous DAF Shrewsbury as a Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilites:

Working within a busy Service department

Dealing with customers bringing their vehicle for service, repair, MOT or recall

Providing feedback to customers on their service or repair, including pricing of additional work when required, explaining the reasons fully and competently

Ability to up-sell our services and products where appropriate

Issue courtesy cars, explaining insurance and operational details to the customer

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements:

Have a working technical understanding of vehicles would be beneficial, in order to be able to clearly explain repairs to customers

Customer service skills, including forging strong working relationships with our regular customers, and dealing with difficult situations

Possess good IT skills to use various operating systems
