Andrew heads the after sales department at Greenhous VW Van Centre in Bilston, Wolverhampton. He has received accreditation from the Institute of the Motor Industry as an AMA 1st Line Manager-Service, which is proof of the skills and knowledge Andrew brings to his role at Greenhous VW.
Andrew is delighted to receive his certificate and pin badge indicating his accredited status, and the confirmation letter from Carl zu Dohna, Director of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, is fulsome in its praise. Carl says: “We really value the effort that you have demonstrated and hope that you will continue to show your enthusiasm for our fantastic brand. Without your loyalty and contribution Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles would not be able to provide the great experience our customers deserve.”
For his part Andrew is pleased that the hours of extra time put into the training have produced recognition. “The course includes such areas as business improvement planning, presentation skills, how to conduct team meetings, setting targets as well as an in depth knowledge of the industry”, he reflected.
Andrew concluded how important customer service is to Greenhous and Volkswagen through their ‘Every Moment Matters’ ethos. “All of our staff receive training on how to conduct themselves in relation to the customer experience, whatever department they work in. With my accreditation I am expected to be a role model to others and also encourage staff to pursue their professional development through the training courses on offer.”
